for being awarded 2nd place in the Twenty Years & Under Strings/Wind/Brass Quartet category at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod.
The quartet, consisting of students, Sunny Liu, Joshua Thacker, Harry Argent and Jacob Carr, and conducted by Mr Alex Fletcher, achieved wonderful results against other competing high schools as well as university students from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music.
