Strength and Conditioning Program

The Strength and Conditioning Program is an exciting new development within the College.

This program is linked with all sports to help enhance our students’ performance. Within the program there are developmental opportunities for our students from Years 7 to 12.

The majority of the program takes place in the College’s state of the art gym, which furnishes top of the range equipment that is utilised to improve our students’ athletic performance.

This program is offered year-round, including sessions over the school holidays. 

Our Strength and Conditioning Program is led by the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Bradley Lawton.
