Last week our Academic Academy students from Years 5 to 11 competed in teams of eight at the prestigious da Vinci Decathlon in Brisbane.

Year 5 shone brightly: 2nd place in English, 2nd place in Maths, 1st place in Legacy

Year 6 put in a fantastic effort and were extremely competitive throughout the day.

Year 8 dominated: 1st place in English, 1st place in Poetry & Art, 3rd place in Ideation

Year 7 also gave it their all and competed strongly across all events.

Year 9 achieved: 3rd place in Mathematics, 2nd place in Science

Year 10 took home: 2nd place in Mathematics, 1st place in Legacy, 1st place in Art & Poetry

Year 11 had an exceptional performance: 1st place in Legacy, 2nd place in Mathematics, 2nd place in Art & Poetry, 3rd place in Science, 1st place in Code Breaking, 1st place in Ideation, 1st place in Engineering
