Gold Coast 2032 Games Youth Workshop
Year 11 students Rose D’Alisa and James Walduck just helped shape the future of the Gold Coast.
Both represented A.B. Paterson College at the Gold Coast 2032 Games Youth Workshop at Griffith University, joining young people from schools, universities, TAFE, community organisations and sporting groups across the city.
On the table: career pathways, employment, sport, and the role this generation will play in the biggest thing to happen to the Gold Coast in decades.
The best part? The whole thing was hosted by one of our own, 2024 alumna Chloe Ward ran the room.
2032 is closer than it sounds. Proud of Rose and James for putting their hands up to shape our city's future.
