Queensland Youth Music Awards
Congratulations to all of our outstanding performers who proudly represented our College at the Queensland Youth Music Awards last term!
Our incredible Year 2 Choir delivered a truly exceptional performance, taking out 1st place in the Prep to Year 4 division, earning a Gold Award and the prestigious Voices of Birralee Perpetual Trophy!
The talented Year 3/4 Choir also shone brightly, receiving a Gold Award and securing 3rd place in the Lower Primary section. Our amazing Boys' and Girls' Choruses both achieved Gold Awards and advanced to the Primary School Finals, with the Boys' Chorus placing an impressive 3rd overall.
Further success came from our Senior Choir, which was awarded Silver, while the Wind Symphony, Chamber Choir, Year 7-9 Choir, Year 5/6 Choir, Year 3 Choir, and Year 1 Choir all earned Gold Awards for their outstanding performances.
What an incredible achievement by all our musicians and choristers. We are immensely proud of their hard work, dedication, and musical excellence! 🎶🏆✨
