A.B. Paterson College is seeking applications for the following position. Commencement date to be negotiated.

 

ICT Help Desk Officer

The College is seeking applications for the position of ICT Help Desk Officer to be a part of the College Information and Communication Technology technical services team.  The role of the ICT Help Desk Officer is to support both staff and students in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software, and to assist the other members of the team under the leadership of the Director of ICT Services.  The ICT Help Desk Officer will work closely with the Network Support Technician and the IT Team.

This role will provide first line support for any information technology issues and problems.   It is expected that the applicant will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people.
