Structure of A.B. Paterson College Limited

With an aim of providing the opportunity for young people who live in regions other than South-East Queensland to experience our leading pedagogy and unique brand of education which challenges the individual to achieve, and to act with purpose and character, A.B. Paterson College will develop multiple campuses and learning centres throughout Australia. These campuses will be geared to the needs of the community while delivering the excellence, care and commitment that our brand of education is renowned for.

The individual College campuses and Early Learning Centres are led by an individual Principal/Head of College or Director of Early Learning. These educational leaders report to the Chief Executive Officer of the overall entity and form part of the entity’s Executive Team.

A.B. Paterson College Limited is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Corporations Act. The College is governed by a Board of six Directors, with up to four additional Directors co-opted by the Board, to provide a broadly based set of professional skills and experiences.

A.B. Paterson College’s Governance Framework is the Foundation of the College’s Operations. The Framework provides guidance for effective decision-making in all areas of the College, through the leadership of the Executive Team and College Board.
