Origami Club Celebrates Christmas

This year, the Origami Club has proved to a popular lunchtime activity with students from the Junior School attending the various monthly sessions.

On Wednesday, 29 November, the final session was held with a special festive themed origami craft activity.  Students in Prep – Year 3 had the opportunity to create candy canes and Christmas trees, whilst students in Years 4 – 6 took on the challenge to make Santa hats, and miniature presents.  These folded treasures were combined to create an ornament ready to hang on the Christmas tree!

Both sessions were also attended by our senior student helpers.  Without their patience and positive leadership, such a club would not be as successful as it is, and we are proud of the friendships forged between Junior School and Senior School students through the Origami Club.

Thank you to all students who attended the sessions throughout the year, and we look forward to planning the 2018 Origami Club!
