TEACHING POSITIONS

A.B. Paterson College seeks applications for the following positions:

TEACHER OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGIES

AND ECONOMICS 

Teaching Years 7-9 Social Sciences, Years 10-12 Business Communication and Technologies,

and Economics.    

Closing Date for applications is Friday, 26 September, 2014.

 

JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER

Closing Date for applications is Friday, 10 October, 2014.

 

TEACHER OF VISUAL ART – Years 7-12

 (An interest in teaching Visual Art in the Junior School is desirable)

Closing Date for applications is Friday, 10 October, 2014.

These positions require experienced and enthusiastic teachers to join our College on a permanent full time basis, commencing in Term 1, 2015.  

It is expected that applicants will have a strong background and sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA syllabus, together with up-to-date skills in the use of IT and other digital classroom resources.

It is also expected that the successful applicants will have a genuine commitment to an independent school ethos, including co-curricular activities, and to ongoing professional learning in the pursuit of best practice.

Candidates for these positions must hold, or be eligible to hold, teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
